Ribera del Duero · Red · Crianza
Depth and elegance — 12 months in French and American oak shape this Tempranillo into a wine of great complexity and ageing potential.
Pre-fermentative cold maceration of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation, ageing in French (70%) and American oak barrels for 12 months, followed by bottling and resting for a further 12 months prior to release.
Deep red color with cardinals and cherry rims — very concentrated. Elegant, clean and complex on the nose with long aromas, pleasant balsamic and nut notes (almond, hazelnut). Hints of red fruits and stone fruits when the glass rests. In the mouth it is smooth, full-bodied with high tannin quality, which gives great longevity in bottle.
Pairs beautifully with white meats, blue fish and the classic lamb plate cooked on the grill.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Avoid sudden temperature changes and proximity to strong odors.
