Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they are pressed to extract the must. This is clarified through settling and then undergoes controlled alcoholic fermentation.
A bright wine with a straw-yellow color and greenish hues. The nose is clean and intense with great complexity: white fruits such as apple and citrus predominate, with notes of hay and white flowers. On the palate, it is an intense, fruity, and balanced wine with remarkable breadth.
Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany rice dishes, salads, and cheeses.
